New Custom Homes

Over the years we have been fortunate to have had many clients that really want to start from scratch, that is to say they want a new home specifically designed and built to meet their goals.

Our approach is very similar to our remodel process with one added step and that is siting the new home. Each lot has an inherent uniqueness that deserves to be explored. A site can have great views, long or short, significant rock outcroppings, or trees that need to be a part of the design solution. That step is taken with our architectural staff and the client.
